PERMING:
- Shampoo hair then dry it 30%.
- Use the hair rollers to roll each strip of hair.
- Apply an appropriate amount of the perming cream A evenly onto every curl.
- Development time:
- Strong hair: 25 – 30 minutes
- Weak hair: 15 – 20 minutes
- Wash the cream on the curls when hair reaches the desired curl.
- Dry hair with a towel.
NEUTRALIZING:
- Apply an appropriate amount of the neutralizing cream B onto every curl.
- Leave-in for 15-20 minutes depending on the hair type
- Remove the hair rollers, do not pull the curls strongly.
- Rinse well.
- Blow-dry then style hair.
